Refund policy

Returns
We offer 30-day returns. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, with all parts and accessories, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at everythingfurless@gmail.com. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us can't be accepted.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or wrong. In that case we cover it.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us right away if anything is wrong, so we can make it right.

European Union: 14-day right of withdrawal
If your order is delivered to the EU, you can cancel or return it within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a reason.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email us at everythingfurless@gmail.com.
