Shipping policy

Shipping
We ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United States.

Processing time: orders are usually handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days.
Delivery time: usually 7–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery times can be longer during holidays or peak seasons.
Shipping cost: €15 flat rate per order, shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking: every order is tracked. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Customs and import duties
Orders to the EU: no extra customs charges.
Orders to the UK, Switzerland and the US may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country's customs. Unless they are collected at checkout, these are paid by the customer.

Lost or delayed orders
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us at everythingfurless@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
